Terms
Effective October 8, 2026
When you pay, you're making an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item turns out to be unavailable or the order looks fraudulent. If we do, we refund everything you paid.
Our items are made for personal use, not for resale, and we may limit quantities.
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. If a price on the site was wrong, we'll tell you before the order ships: you can buy at the right price, or cancel for a full refund.
One code per order. A welcome code is for the email address it was sent to, can be used once, and ends on the date given in its email. Codes have no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash or applied to an order already placed, and may not be sold or shared publicly.
We try to show every item accurately, but colors look different on different screens, and sizes are a guide rather than a promise of fit. If something isn't what was described, you can return it.
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, so please keep your email account secure. You're responsible for orders and messages sent from your account. We may close an account that's used to break these terms.
Please don't misuse the site: don't try to break into it, overload it, copy it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful. The photos, designs, logos and text on the site belong to us or the people who license them to us, and you may not use them commercially without our permission.
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. If a dispute can't be settled by writing to us, it will be decided by the courts in King County, Washington, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. An order is covered by the terms in effect when it was placed.
